Sent me a free oil change card, sent my brother along with it, he forgot, they wouldn’t refund the $120 oil change. He was late but it also took two hours. They did the change. But, the place is okay. They could’ve impressed by refunding the charge, and more likely had a return customer

I had a puncture in my tire and came to VIP without an appointment. They explained the different tires and how they perform so i could make the best decision. They took the car in right away and the service was prompt. They were professional and polite.

Shop was extremely fair and generous with their time. Stayed on schedule, was fair about what could be fixed in the coming months and gave reasonable estimates both in time and cost. Kyle up front was very professional and seems to be an asset keeping the place ticking. Will be returning.

I got excellent service at VIP Riverside. They were right on with the time to mount & balance 4 tires ,& chg. Air filter. Everyone was very polite and professional. They even made a major adjustment to the cost when it came out above initial verbal quote. They take care of their customers. They even put a chair outside at my request so to sit outside on such a beautiful day while I waited. Above & beyond service and customer care

Originally went to VIP for flat tire repair and was informed I should really get new tires as one was unrepairable and all were at the end of their life. A little hesitant to buy 4 new tires, but truly enjoy the lifetime tire rotation/balance! Easy to schedule and don't mind waiting. The entire team is professional and courteous and the lobby Wi-Fi and several seating areas. Recommend with confidence.
